DR ISABELLE SCHEID

Dr Isabelle SCHEID is a Psychiatrist by training. She graduated as an M.D at the Paris V University and specialized in Psychatry in Paris Hospitals (AP-HP).

She served as a resident in the Psychiatry Department of Hotel Dieu Paris Hospital. She also holds a Master 2 in Neurosciences. Her research works focused on the genetic factors involved in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

Dr Isabelle SCHEID served both as an Adult Psychiatrist in the ASD Expert Center (Fondation Fondamental) in Albert Chenevier Hospital in Creteil (Paris area) for 6 years, as well as in the ASD Expert Center for Children and Adolescents in Paris Hospital Robert Debré, for 2 years.

She’s been the coordinator of the ASD Expert Centers network France.

Dr Isabelle SCHEID has also worked for the Shared Health Care Network in Paris area. for 2 years (the Shared Health Care Network or DSP in french, is a facility for first time psychiatric consultations).

Dr Isabelle SCHEID has been an Author or Contributor to several scientific publications on ASD.

With these various appointments and responsibilities, Dr SCHEID has developed deep expertise and knowledge in the  psychopathology of the adult patients, more specifically in the field of ASD but also in anxiety disorders and trauma.

Based on her strong experience and extended knowledge in the field of ASD, Dr SCHEID offers full diagnostic assessments to all adult patients (16 years and beyond), presenting with ASD.
