GLOBAL DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC EVALUATION OF BIPOLAR DISORDERS/SCHIZOPHRENIA
We offer a full and precise clinical and therapeutic evaluation of Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorders, for the optimal management of patients suffering from these conditions.
e-visits will be proposed as needed, in particular for patients with physical inability to move to Paris or depending on their geographical location.
OVERALL ASSESSMENT OF SCHIZOPHRENIA AND BIPOLAR DISORDERS
The Overall Assessment will be conducted in 4 distinct steps:
SCREENING VISIT (45 MINUTES): This Visit aims at evaluating if bipolar disorders or schizophrenia may be considered as a diagnosis, and if so, if a full assessment is required
FULL ASSESSMENT VISIT (UP TO 90 MINUTES): This objective of this visit to your doctor, is to confirm or decline a diagnosis of Schizophrenia or Bipolar Disorders. A full assessment will be performed to gather elements from the medical records or from your past clinical history. Your medications will also be reviewed, in ordert o propose the best therapeutic approach, tailored to your specific situation
FULL NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT: A full Neuropshychological asssessment may be proposed to you
FEEDBACK TO THE PATIENT (30 TO 45 MINUTES): A full report of the global assessment performed will be given to you and duly explained. The report will allow to confirm the diagnosis as well as to define a customized approach to your disease management.
FOLLOW-UP VISITS
Follow-up visits may be proposed to you, depending on your needs. We also propose e-Visits when possible, especially for patients with physical unability to move or depending on their geographical location.
